Clients typically train with MaDonna at one of our two gym locations. We have an outdoor and indoor
gym and schedules will be planned in advanced.
Clients meet with MaDonna at the same scheduled time about 3x per week depending on their overall
goal.
Clients also have the option to meet with MaDonna at the SID classroom campus one per week to do
nutrition studies and planning, as well as goal setting and health information lectures (at no added cost)

physique MaDonna will tailor a plan to fit your needs.
